Refunds
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. Approved orders can only be returned for store credit.
Final Sale
The following items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or store credit:
ALL Face Masks, Pillowcase Sets, Bonnet Sets, Robe Sets, Turbans, headbands, Body Butters, Oils, gift cards, CLEARANCE ITEMS and altered/worn/washed items that are not in their original condition.
Exchanges
All items are handmade and exact fabrics are limited. Therefore, we do not offer exchanges as we cannot ensure the item will still be available by the time your returned items are received. In the case of body butters and oils that leaked during shipping please refer to our returns policy below.
Returns & Store Credit
If you receive body butter or oil that has arrived damaged or empty due to leaking during shipment please contact us within 2 days of receiving your package. Include your order number and photo of the damaged product. Approved claims will be sent a replacement body butter or oil within 7 days of the claim approval.
Incorrect item. If the item you received in different from what you ordered please contact us within 2 days of receiving your package. Include your order number and a picture of what you received. We will email you a pre-paid return label so the incorrect item can be mailed back to us, at no cost to you. If the item you originally wanted is available it will be shipped to you at no cost to you; however if it is no longer available then a store credit will be issued to you.
